To stimulate discussion about the impending change to the E-rate program, Funds For Learning releases the results of its 2014 E-rate Survey. The results were shared with the FCC and released at ISTE 2014. Respondents include 626 school library technology leaders.They expressed an expectation of increased budget for telecommunications and Internet over the next five years, described their current technology infrastructure as unsatisfactory and strongly believe that the E-rate program is critical to their success.
